Fidelity Minerals is building a platform for sustainable corporate growth. The Company is leveraging its in-country team to originate pursue several opportunities for organic growth as well as strong pipeline of high-impact, proprietary transactions. The growth project pipeline consists of:

• Near-field opportunities in the Greater Cerro Dorado (Arequipa, Peru) and Grater Las Huaquillas (Cajamarca, Peru) world-class mineral provinces.

• Several appraisal stage precious and base-metal opportunities.

• Earlier stage exploration projects where the company can add value through its existing project footprint.
